Young Calvados aged over two years in oak casks. Very fruity nose and taste of apples and pears. To be served on the rocks, as a cocktail or as a long drink, ideal for cooking or for Granita Cocktails. Louis de Lauriston has a higher percentage of Pears in the blend than most other Calvados and this influences the flavour profile beautifully.
