Lu Buttijone has a beautiful depth of colour with purple youthfulness.  The wine is made naturally with minimal intervention and very limited use of sulphur and it has a very delicate effervescence which brings the delicious red fruit to the front and centre.  There is a smooth crisp palate with floral hints and crunch red summer fruits backed up by fresh minerality.

Try Lu Buttijone with red meat dishes in rich sauces or with mild soft cheeses.
