About the Producer
Three brothers who are enthusiastic, creative, spontaneous and above all are lovers of good food and drink. They are the perfect team. Jordi, the older brother, is in charge of the preparation. Alex, one of twins, leads the business and sales, and Albert heads up marketing and creative. Together they have set out to revolutionise the drinks sector, creating different, honest and, above all, fun brands.
Vineyard and Winery
Grapes are grown in Casa Berger vineyards beneath the slopes of Montserrat in Alt Penedes. Harvested at night, mixed and chilled in dry ice, then spent 2h macerating before being fermented for 25 days. Aged for 10-12 months before release.
