Vineyard and Winery
Pinot Grigio grapes grown in the Delle Venezie DOC specifically in Veneto and Friuli. The wines are given a gentle pressing so as not to impart the bitter flavours and aromas from the pips. Fermentation takes place at 14-16°C in stainless steel tanks with maturation also in stainless steel tanks for at least 3 months.
