A Canadian Whisky finished in Rum Barrels, Pike Creek 10 Year Old is amber with hues of ruby red. On the nose there is sweet dried fruits with and underlying peppery spice and subtle toffee notes. The palate is a well-balanced blend of dried fruits, vanilla and toffee leading to a warming smooth finish with molasses and vanilla from the rum casking.
