The Redcastle range of award winning spirits & liqueurs is part of the Toll House Spirits company based in Arbroath Angus, a small family business with a wealth of experience in the drinks industry.

Founder, Fiona Walsh, has 20+ years sales and marketing experience in the global drinks industry. Graduate of European Business Studies with Languages and mum of two young boys. Fiona manages the day to day running of the business and handles all sales related enquiries.

Fiona's husband, John Walsh has 20+ years of telesales, people management and project management experience. Graduate of Geography from Queen’s University, Belfast and dad to two young boys. John manages the production, forecasting and dry goods procurement. He also takes care of all the stock taking and the Redcastle Website.
