The Ripasso technique, renowned in Italy made using Amarone grapes, uses partially dried grapes in the winemaking process which intensifies the flavours, enriching the fruit creating full-bodied, medium-toned, wines with rich blackberry, plum, floral notes.
This wine has deep and intense ruby red with purple shades. It is very complex and offers fresh aromas like plums and violets and in the second nose offers aromas like honey, cherry and ripe figs, which combine with spicy notes of black pepper and aromatic herbs.
