Rook en Spieëls Kabbelend Cinsault is an organically-farmed dry-grown cinsault that is sourced from vineyards planted in the early 1990's on the border between Paarl and Swartland. With little rainfall and early harvest, these concentrated grapes deliver aromas of red fruit and spice while its whole-cluster fermentation gives it a backbone. The juice is then pumped back over the cap to extract colour and freshness enhancing the red fruit flavours and crispness, and the result is a super drinkable wine.
