Bits of Tuscany in Scotland

As a Tuscan to the bone woman, living in Scotland, I can only say that it warmed up my hearth. Delicious and proper, and I felt home, for one evening. Drank in front of a fire place, in a cold Sunday evening, I was dreaming of hills and read meat, as in Tuscany. It made me think of the poet Carducci, and I then recited one of his poems (that mentions wine and vineyards) to my partner. So, collateral effects: potential need to romanticise :).
