The final aging of The Octave 2017 Aultmore 9 Year Old has been carried out in a PX Sherry Cask and offers delicious flavours of premium marmalade, Christmas cake and toasted almonds. There is a fantastic bitter chocolate note on the sweeter finish. Aultmore produce a robust flavour profile in their whiskies so this works perfectly with the smaller 60Ltr Octave PX cask.
