Don't be deceived by the pale colour

Wow, I expected it not to be as flavoursome as some dark rums but how wrong was I.
The first thing that hit me was the salt but then a hit of vanilla and caramel. Its so smooth that I don't have the heart to stick a mixer with it.
Absolutely beautiful.
