Low Intervention/Natural Wines
There is no firm definition of what makes a wine "natural." These are wines that are made with minimal intervention from the winemaker meaning very little additives are used and there's minimal/no fining or filtering. Natural wine advocates would say this gives a more true expression of the grapes but it can also lead to a more unstable wine which will differ from bottle to bottle or even from glass to glass.
Orange wines are white wines which have extended skin contact in much the same way as red wines and often (but not always) fall into the category of Natural wine.
